We are proud to announce a new leadership development partnership between BRK Strategies and Ledwell Manufacturing, a respected, family-owned industrial leader based in Texarkana, Texas.

Starting in July 2025, BRK Strategies will deliver a six-session Direct Leadership Training Program tailored to develop and elevate emerging and mid-level leaders across the Ledwell organization. The sessions will span five months, allowing participants time to apply lessons between modules and return with deeper insights and stronger leadership skills.
